I was extremely pleased by the service my husband and I received. A young woman name Shyleen made sure my husband received what he needed, and it was same day service. I so impressed by the service, quality equipment, and how quickly we were able to get the equipment. I recommend Bailey’s 100%!

Where do I begin? This company and their employees have been nothing but gracious and patient. I had trouble trying to find an equipment company that would deliver quickly and efficiently. Bailey's delivers next day and process the orders from the doctor quickly! They were very patient during the process knowing I was stressed out. Brian did a great job at delivery explaining everything to me and how to use everything. Macenziee in the office was sweet as can be and answered any questions I had. 5 star service!! I will be coming back.

Bailey's was absolutely amazing with my Grandparents medical needs. It was a process weaving through the Health care system. Not everyone is as driven to making the equipment demonstration, billing and paperwork, so easy to understand. I was in absolute awe the dedication this team has to being the best option in the DME world. I hear that the East Hartford location will soon be opening a pharmacy with delivery. Just one more benefit to continuing to support this local bomb shell!! Upon speaking to the staff I was informed that not only is Bailey's owned by a Jamaican women, she's branching off to multiple states and is a huge UCONN supporter!! GO HUSKIES!!

Recently my uncle twisted his ankle working in construction. Now me being the researcher that I am, took to google, where I found Baileys Medical Equipment and Pharmacy. We talked with the staff over the phone. They were super helpful and so nice and we were able to get a Hemi walker and some pain medicine for a smooth recovery. They delivered super fast. I mean faster than Amazon. Well the day my uncle received his supplies, he must’ve gotten so overjoyed that everything came so fast, sitting outside in his rocker at the time, jumped for joy and twisted his other ankle. Looks like he’ll need another Hemi walker. Or maybe crutches. See ya soon Baileys.
